If there is unfortunate mishap whilst your blinds are in transit often you will see damage to the packaging when you receive it, please make sure that this is signed as damaged. If you are not home when the products arrive and you identify some damage when you return home, please take a photograph.
Then notify us straight away and we will take the necessary steps to get the damage product repaired or replaced.
Failing to follow the above steps may result in your claim not being accepted.
Most courier companies require a signature when delivering goods to confirm delivery, if you are not home they may leave a card in your letterbox that you can use to arrange delivery or collection.
Once you place your order and we receive your payment in full, your order goes into production.
The blinds will normally be produced 7 working days and then despatched to you from our warehouse.
Honeycomb Blinds 15-20 days.
Once you order is ready and collected from us by the freight company, the transit time can be from 3 working days up to 2 weeks, depending on your location. If you feel the delivery has already taken longer please contact the freight/ courier company for updates.
Our office and factory will be closed between 20/12/2024 11am and will reopen on Monday 06/01/2025 at 9am.
While the office is closed we will still accept new orders as well as samples requests.

Orders placed after the above dates will be produced in the week beginning on the 6/01/2025
After we have received your payment your order will take approximately 15 working days to produce, if you have ordered Honey Comb blinds they take a little longer and we expect to produce those in approximately 30 – 35 days, we will then courier the products to you.
When you place an order on the website you will have the option of paying by credit card at the end or we provide you with our bank account details if you wish to make a payment by internet banking.
Its really easy, on the website there are step by step instructions on how to place the order, choose the type of product you want, type in the width and size, choose the colour and click on any accessories you want with the product, then add it to your shopping cart.
You will receive an email from us confirming we have received your order as soon as you place it. If you do not receive this something may have gone wrong when you submitted the order. If this is the case send us an email and we can check if the order has arrived.
Because we offer a quick production time there is limited time to change anything once you have placed the order.
We would advise that you double check everything before submitting the order, on the website is a measuring sheet that you can download to help with this. If you want to change something please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.

This is always a tricky one as all our products are custom made to the sizes you provide, if the product you have ordered is to big we may be able to reduce the size of it for you (costs involved), if it is to small then we will probably need to remake a new product for you.

On our website you are able to download blind installation instructions for all our products.
Yes screws will be supplied with your order. We use stainless steel square head screws, so you will need a square head driver bit for your cordless drill.
It is advised that you give your blinds a clean on a regular basis to avoid dirt build up. We recommend wiping down our blinds with a damp cloth, and with fabric products, (Roller blinds and Vertical blinds, Honeycomb blinds) you can use mild detergent.
With wooden venetian blinds we advise not to use to much water as this may adversely affect the timber slats.
Of course you can, just complete our samples request form and we will be more than happy to send you out a sample of our fabrics, wooden blind slat or aluminium slat.
With a Roller blind you can choose either Front or Back roll, this relates to how the fabric will roll down off the tube at the top.
Front Roll – the fabric will roll off the front of the tube closer to the inside of the room.
Back Roll – the fabric will roll off the back of the tube closer to glass of the window.
Note: fabrics that have a different coloured backing like Hampton and Madison blockout fabric would normally be a Front a Roll so you do not see the different coloured backing, only the front textured face of the fabric.

Unlike other companies Blinds and Curtains Online offers an unconditional warranty for 3 years from the date of purchase for Roller Blinds, Venetian Blinds and Vertical Blinds and 1 year warranty for Honeycomb Blinds, if anything goes wrong with the blind within these time frames we will repair it or replace it.
